One of the funniest movies I've seen., 13 July 2004

Yes, it is truly one of the funniest movies I've seen and this is not an exaggeration. Sam Hui is absolutely hilarious as King Kong and Karl Maka is just as good as Albert, two hapless friends who just can't seem to stay out of trouble.

The film opens with an insane fight with a robot which I thought would be cheesy but trust me, it isn't. I just wish I had seen it as a kid in 1984 and I could have truly appreciated it (though I may have missed out on some of the humor). The action and comedy never lets up as King Kong tries to make his way to Alberts wedding to Nancy Ho (Sylvia Chang) and things get rolling from there.

I won't give away any more of the plot, I'll just say that I wish I understood Cantonese becuase I have a feeling the movie would even funnier if I could.
